COMPANY INFO
Consistently aiming to deliver higher quality services
Cardinal has continued to grow by consistently aiming to deliver higher quality services based on its two lines of management policy.
“Forward-looking business expansion for timeless restaurant services” – we are directly bringing overseas histories to Japan where they have never been seen before.
Our dynamic store operations have been realized by our think-outside-the-box restaurant planning
(e.g. “Japan’s first” all-you-can-eat Shabu Shabu restaurant).
“Customer satisfaction (CS)”
Realization of uncompromising real taste, services and environment.
Running different types of businesses, we have realized 25-40 year old restaurants –
hard-won achievements in the rapidly changing catering industry.
Commitment to single stores
Compared with other countless restaurants including chain restaurants,
our characteristics lie in our “thorough commitment to single restaurants.”
Even within the same category of restaurants,
our place- and customer-tailored restaurant management is realized by thorough trainings for specialist skills,
rather than efficiency-oriented management that is often adopted by chain restaurants.
Business outline
Restaurant Operation
This is the pillar of Miyoshi Corporation Group. Seeking new business opportunities in World’s cuisine as well as other culinary fields, the group’s staff members devote production, hiring personnel, and day-to-day problem solving in operations.
Product Development
Through restaurant operation, first-hand information on current and potential customers is obtained and brought together for analysis. Among such valuable date, consumer needs and wants are carefully identified and quickly fed-back to the production side. Based on tight communication between the service operation and production teams, new projects are constantly developed and implemented, which ultimately results in new and creative products and services.
In order to provide the best possible products for their customers, the group is also skilled at outsourcing and collaborating with various outside companies. A good example of the group’s venture spirit is the popular Sabatini de Firenze pasta sauce developed in collaboration with a major Convenience Store chain.
Food Production and Sales
As the size of any organization expands, it becomes more and more difficult to control its quality. To cope with this challenge, Miyoshi Corporation Group has an in-house factory to supply high quality products to its restaurants year round so that each restaurant and shop is able to maintain the taste and quality of their menus. Fresh pastas and desserts such as pastries and cakes are made in the in-house factory and shipped to each restaurant in a timely manner. This well-established production and shipment system allows a variety of fresh food products to be promptly shipped and delivered not only to the group’s restaurants, but also to individual customers ordering through telephone and on Internet.
Commissioned Projects
Taking full advantage of long experience operating all different types of restaurants, Miyoshi Corporation Group is aggressively developing new restaurants and stores in various fields in cooperation with commissioning companies. The field and type of the restaurant vary depending on the needs of the market and the company. The group offers a comprehensive strategic plan including selection of type of restaurant/store, size, interior design, personnel dispatch service, administrative suggestions and problem solving.
